Important Update from the ASTNA Board of Directors

Dear Members,

We want to inform you that the management agreement with Nikole Good, CEO, is ending. She will remain in a transitional role for a brief period to support a smooth and complete handoff.

In the course of our oversight responsibilities, in response, we are conducting a comprehensive review of all systems and processes and taking decisive steps to ensure stronger governance, improved operations, and greater member value.

We are in the final stages of onboarding a well-regarded association management firm that brings significant capacity and experience. We are confident that this transition will strengthen ASTNA for the long term.

The organization is financially healthy, operationally sound, and well positioned for future success. We remain committed to transparency and will keep you informed as appropriate.
